Hiroshi Konno will give a presentation on demolition in Japan

By booking your place at the World Demolition Summit, you can stay up to the minute and get ahead of the game as industry experts share their experience during the one-day technical conference.

Here are just a few of the names who will be on stage at this year’s event in Miami.

Tim Barker, D4 programme director at consulting giant AECOM, gives an insider’s guide to demolition works at major US military decommissioning projects.

Hiroshi Konno, CEO, Japanese demolition contractor Akashigumi, reports on major demolition projects and trends in the Japanese market.

Joe Rizzo, vice president, business development, Cherry Companies, looks at the “recycling bonanza” encountered at a large Houston demolition site.

In addition to the topics outlined above, speakers from the USA, Europe, and New Zealand will cover subjects including safety, demolition techniques and site reports.

More than 200 delegates are already registered including representatives of several international demolition contractors.

The Summit will take place at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay hotel.

It is organised by Demolition & Recycling International magazine and KHL Group, in cooperation with the National Demolition Association (NDA). The European Demolition Association (EDA) is among the supporting associations for the event.

We look forward to welcoming you to Miami.
