Liebherr mobile crane for Marsden

02 December 2019

Wigan, UK-based Marsden Crane Services has taken delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 mobile crane. The crane has a three-axle chassis, six-wheel steering system and a 48 metre boom. The crane was specified with Liebherr’s variable support base VarioBase, which Liebherr said improves efficiency for crane jobs by increasing the load capacity.

Lee Marsden, technical manager at Marsden Crane Services, said, ”We took our first Liebherr LTM1060-3.1 a couple of years back we have been very impressed by the machine’s capabilities and build quality. It is a great crane and it was an easy decision for us to add another Liebherr to the fleet.”
