UK rental company Mantis Cranes has added two Potain IGO T85A self erecting tower cranes to its fleet.

The IG0 T85A has a 6 tonne capacity, a 45 metre maximum jib length and a 35 m maximum hook height. The model can lift 1.4 tonnes at 45 m and has variable height lattice mast from 20 to 35 m with optional mast inserts, a spokesperson added.

The models are remote control operated and are suitable for a number of applications, including in-situ concrete buildings, multi-storey residential developments and commercial construction projects.

The two models joining the Mantis Crane fleet are the first ones to be made available in the UK. They join a fleet of 75 self erecting models, including HDT 80s.
