Marsden Crane Services buys Kato

Wigan, UK-based crane hire company Marsden Crane Services has ordered a new CR-130Ri from Japanese manufacturer Kato. The rough terrain crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 13 tonnes at 1.7 metres, a variable outrigger base, and a six-section boom that extends from 5.3 metres to 24 metres.

Marsden Crane Services, which was founded in 2015, now has a fleet of nine cranes ranging from five tonnes to 60 tonnes with which it services the north west of the UK.

The crane was ordered from KATO’s European distributor Rivertek Services.
