More expansion for GAP Hire Solutions

02 July 2015

British rental company GAP Hire Solutions has now opened 12 dedicated Survey & Safety depots and three new fully equipped workshops as part of ambitious growth plans. The depots will provide additional support and service to GAP’s customers across the UK.

The latest depots to open are in Charlton, Leicester, Whitehaven, Norwich, Leeds and Inverness, with workshops opening in Bristol, Newcastle and London. The workshops will provide a range of survey and safety services, including industry-standard collimators used for levelling equipment.

GAP Survey & Safety Hire provides a full range of survey and safety equipment, fully calibrated and serviced to manufacturer’s specifications.

Launched in 2014, the division benefits from stocking brand new equipment across its depots as well as owning a dedicated enclosed vehicle fleet to allow fast and easy delivery of its products to customers throughout the UK.

The division compliments GAP’s seven other divisions, which the company described as offering a complete hire solution to their customers from site inception to delivery.

GAP Survey & Safety divisional manager Jim Burke said: “The division continues to grow steadily. We have opened six new depots in the past two months, which will allow us to further service and supply new and existing customers with survey and safety equipment throughout the UK.”
