UK powered access rental firm Nationwide Platforms has been providing working at height support for maintenance and repair work at the Hagshaw Wind Farm in Scotland.

The Hagshaw Wind Farm comprises 26 wind turbines, each standing 55 m high. Nationwide provided a 50 m working height Bronto truck mount during the third quarter of 2012 for use by Scottish Power Renewables.

It was used to assist with replacement of blade tips and painting of the turbines. The firm also provided a site surveyor to plan the working at height requirements of the project, as well as a machine operator.
