Two new trading parks opening up in London are set to provide construction, building and plant hire hubs for the UK's capital.

The Hampton Business Park, which opened at the end of 2011, is located on the A312 dual carriageway near Hounslow. The 46000 m2 trading estate is already 90% occupied and is home to brands such as Dulux, Toolstation and Screwfix.

Close by, the Hanworth Trading Estate provides 32000 m2 of leasable business space, and is set to open in early 2012. Already, builder's merchant The Grafton Group has acquired 15000 m2 of the site.
