30 March 2016

Austrian concrete cutting company Tyrolit will show numerous new products for the international construction industry at Bauma.

These include the company’s Dry Drilling System for reinforced concrete and an extended wet drilling range boasting an increased stock removal rate and longer lifetime.

Described by the company as the worlds’ first solution for easy and inexpensive dry drilling of reinforced concrete, the Tyrolit Dry Drilling System works on the interaction of the DME19DP drill motor and specially developed TGD dry drill bits. Specially developed dry drilling accessories and the lightweight but sturdy DRU160 drill rig complete the range.

Meanwhile, the company’s drill bit range is being extended to include new wet drilling bits with intelligent geometry and a new segment height.

One of the world’s largest producers of grinding, cutting, drilling and dressing tools, Tyrolit has more than 4,000 employees in 12 countries.
