OHL in US

Us: Spanish contractor Obrascon Huarte Lain (OHL) has acquired majority stakes in two Florida, US-based construction companies for US$ 143 million. It has bought 70% of Community Asphalt Corp and 80% of The Tower Group, which had combined sales of US$ 400 million last year. Community Asphalt specialises in road construction, while The Tower Group focuses on non-residential and high-rise residential buildings.
