Point of Rental expands in Montreal

17 August 2018

Point of Rental is increasing its presence in the Canadian province of Quebec. Mathieu Desaulniers, a Montreal native with experience in the rental software industry, is now a central point of contact for the company’s Quebecois customers.

The expansion of operations into Quebec is part of Point of Rental’s continuing commitment to lead the rental software industry not only in innovation, but in support as well, they said.

“I’m excited to join a company that shares my desire to provide incredible customer service and attention to detail,” said Desaulniers. “I look forward to working with the Point of Rental team to develop successful partnerships with rental companies throughout the province.”

“We want each person using our software to feel like they’re our top priority,” said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. “And I think a big part of that is making the effort, as a company, to literally speak their language. We’ve always been able to communicate through the worldwide language of rental, and our software has been speaking French for a while, so we’re excited to now be able to support our partners in Quebec in both languages they use daily.”
