Omme has announced a 2460 m2 expansion, for completion in April 2007, of its assembly shop at its 3310 m2 plant in Soender Omme, Denmark. Total 2007 investment in production capacity will be approximately €3 million, and the company, which exports 85% of production, expects a 2007 turnover rise of 30%, the same as for the past three years.

UpRight Powered Access, meanwhile, says its trailer-mount production capacity will double by Christmas. It has moved production of the recently acquired UpRight line from Ireland to a new factory at Washington, Tyne & Wear, UK (pictured below). The move of its Aerial Access production into the plant was from Stanley, ten miles away. Trailer mount production began in the new facility in late October, and capacity now matches pre-acquisition level.
