Ramirent has signed an agreement with the Finnish House Owners' Association (Suomen Omakotiliitto) that will see Ramirent provide discounted rental services to the association's 73000 homeowner members. The agreement covers the period 2011-2012.

The association is a national lobbying and service organisation for single family houses and holiday homes in Finland.

"The Finnish House Owners' Association wants to offer benefits to all single family house owners", said Pentti Heikkurinen, project manager with the association, "Renting is unquestionably a smart way to acquire machinery and equipment and at the same time house owners receive advice from Ramirent on how to use them safely"

Kyösti Sandell, sales manager (Southern Finland) of Ramirent Finland Oy, said; "We are extremely pleased with this cooperation agreement. We have a wide range of solutions for all of the machinery and equipment needs of owners of single family houses, ranging from home improvement and renovation to general maintenance and yard work".

The association has also created, in cooperation with Ramirent and other partners, a home maintenance manual providing instructions on living and maintaining single family homes.
