The latest generation HBC bucket crusher features a special hydraulic block system

According to Hartl, the system allows the operator to run the crusher in complete reverse motion, allowing a quick and easy release of blockages in the chamber for more consistent production and convenient operation.

The bucket crusher is designed for the most difficult crushing applications in the recycling industry. All the products are manufactured in Hardox and equipped with a centralised lubrication system, dust suppression, SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) hydraulic connections, double spring system, casted jaw stock, extra large jaw plates, replacement cheek plates and toggle seat.

Optional the products can be added with teeth, iron separator, quick coupler and crush control.

As well as bucket crushers, the Austria-based company offers a range of bucket and for 2018 it has added the HSS screener series, developed for the use on skid steers, loaders and tractors. The existing HSS 800 is to be followed by two larger sizes, the HSS 1200 and HSS1600.

The family owned business exports to more than 65 countries.
