Riwal has acquired the Netherlands company Instant Holland: adding the company's powered access rental, scaffolding, and construction equipment rental businesses to its own

All Instant's businesses are based and operated in The Netherlands. Instant's powered access rental fleet has some 845 aerial work platforms and 29 telehandlers. Most equipment in the Instant fleet has been manufactured by JLG and delivered by Riwal, JLG's distributor in The Netherlands.

Riwal, the international powered access specialist with its headquarters in the Netherlands, said that in the new situation the existing partnership will be intensified even further while maintaining or improving customer value.

The Instant Holland Group comprises of: Instant Holland - powered access equipment rental; Instant Steigers - scaffolding; Stammis Verhuur - power generators and construction equipment rental and Ti-Rent - manned construction equipment rental.
