The rebrand follows the acquisition of the business by the Altrad Group back in October 2021. The company says that the transition will happen over the following months.

Jennifer Smith, divisional head of marketing at Altrad RMD Kwikform, said, “Altrad’s approach is to enable local teams in each region to respond to the needs of their customers. This considers differing market requirements that may dictate the product solutions required, any specific legislative requirements or environmental demands - while retaining one global brand at the centre of our operations.

“Being part of ALTRAD demonstrates the strength and stability of our businesses and aligns us with other well respected and successful companies in the group, comprising 52,000 employees in more than 50 countries worldwide. In short, it makes us stronger and able to react in a more agile way to benefit our customers.”
