Happy about the new partnership in the Bosporus region, seen here from left to right are Uwe Strotmann (Ruthmann General Sales Manager), Sercan Acar (General Manager of Acarlar Makine), and Rolf Kulaw

Acarlar Makine is Ruthmann’s new dealer in Turkey and will be responsible for the sales and service of the Ruthmann Steiger products in the Bosporus region.

Commenting on the new partnership, Ruthmann’s managing director, Rolf Kulawik, said, “Acarlar Makine is known throughout Turkey for its professional height-access technology, and we are very proud to have them sell and service our Steiger products. Together we will develop new customer groups and expand our share of the market."

Acarlar Makine in turn sees the collaboration with Ruthmann as an expansion of its own business. In addition to Ruthmann Steiger aerial work platforms, Acarlar Makine’s lineup includes trailer lifts, crawler mounted lifts, scissor jacks, mini cranes, and telescopic handlers. The company’s rental division, called “Rent & Rise” is one of the largest providers of rental machinery in Turkey and IPAF training rounds off the company’s range of professional services.
