Italy-based Safi has officially launched its Tower Crane Hoist.

Specifically designed to lift operators up to the tower crane cab, the hoist is available in two climbing speeds versions: 21m/min and 40m/min. It has a maximum height of 150m.

The rack and pinion hoist has been ergonomically-designed and is easy to install, said the Italian manufacturer.

"In the wake of a widespread demand and regulation, Safi is pleased to introduce this hoist which offers dimensions and capacities that are well-suited to these particular needs,” said a company spokesman.
