Sarens was commissioned by the client DFI to lift and place the 290m long heating pipeline in Normandy, France. This precision operation involved 9 cranes and careful execution by everyone on the ground.

Sarens deployed nine telescopic cranes of 35T capacity each. Setting up the cranes and executing the lift was completed within a short span by our crew onsite.

To successfully execute the operation, the cranes worked together to simultaneously lift and hold up the pipe. They worked without visual contact, and were guided by the lifting supervisor. Bit by bit, the load was then inserted at a precise angle.

Our crew faced limited visibility and confined working conditions. Sarens congratulates the crew and engineers on a successful operation.
