Spanish industrialist Riberas joins GAM board

Spanish industrialist Francisco José Riberas has been appointed to the board of Spanish rental company GAM Alquiler. The move follows GAM’s majority acquisition earlier this year by Gestora De Activos Y Maquinaria Industrial (GAMI), an investment vehicle led by Riberas.

Riberas, who is Executive Chairman of automotive parts business Gestamp, joins the board alongside two other representatives of GAMI, Patricia Riberas López and Ignacio Moreno Martínez.

The three outgoing board members are Pablo Blanco, Juan José Zornoza, Carlos Luis Hernández.
