Access, Lift & Handlers is pleased to announce its first-ever Cost of Ownership survey. We are looking for fleet owners to spend less than five minutes filling out a quick questionnaire via this link in regard to fleet costs. As an incentive, we are offering those who answer the chance to win a $200 Amazon gift card. Once the data is compiled, the results will then be printed in an upcoming issue of ALH.

We are looking for fleet owners that have any of the following equipment: vertical mast machines, DC scissors, RT scissors, telescopic booms, articulating booms and telehandlers. If you have any or some of those products in your fleet, please check out this link for the survey in which we ask five simple questions.

We will run the survey through the Spring of 2017 with our editorial report to follow.

Cost of ownership was a hot topic at the recent ALH Conference & Awards held in October. Alex Schuessler, founder and president – international group, of SmartEquip, and Brad Boehler, president of Skyjack, both presented on the topic.

From parts, repair, administration and more, the total cost of ownership can include many factors – some of which can be overlooked. We want to know if you include downtime, transportation to and from a jobsite and IT and finance, plus more, when considering your total cost of ownership.

The survey is sponsored by Skyjack.
