Talbert names top dealers

North American manufacturer of specialized heavy-haul trailers and equipment, Talbert Manufacturing, has named its top 10 dealers and most improved dealer of 2012.

Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, New Jersey, USA was Talbert’s top dealer for the sixth year running. Talbert also named Columbus Equipment Company in Ohio, as its most improved dealer of 2012.

Freightliner of Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo in Michigan, a Talbert dealer that specialises in the construction trailer business; Gillis Truckways in Baddeck, Canada, a full-service trailer dealership and Iloca Services, Illinois, a new and used trailer dealer were also named as top dealers.

The remaining Talbert dealers that were recognised was US dealer Leslie Equipment Company, West Virginia; Lucky’s Trailer Sales, Vermont; Canadian company Peterbilt Atlantic – Rockico Trailer Sales in New Brunswick; Preferred Lowboys in Houston, a division of Southwestern Pneumatic in Kyle, Texas, and Canadian company Remorques Lewis in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

The dealers were recognised during the 2013 Mid-America Trucking show in Louisville, Kentucky. There are more than 80 Talbert dealers in 190 locations across North America.
