Precision Enterprises Inc. (PEI) and Transport Systems and Products, Inc. (TSP) merged and now operate as one entity.

In early January 2021, Precision Enterprises Inc. (PEI) and Transport Systems and Products, Inc. (TSP) merged and now operate as one entity. The new organization, Transport Products and Service Enterprises, Inc. (TPSE Inc.), now provides its customers with a wider range of products and services while maintaining the customer-centric focus that both companies have been based on, according to Toni Sabia, president.

“The merging of these two companies into one will create a full service, industrial product solution to the many markets served,” Sabia said. “By increasing our technical knowledge and capabilities, product offerings and technical solutions, we will be better equipped to service our client base. We will make it a priority to support all our customers through to a smooth transition and look forward to growing our business together. transporters and other specialized transporters; Electroelsa elevators and job site hoists/platforms; Mouvers self propelled industrial equipment handling systems, A2C machinery moving and placement devices; and the Auwearter line of modular, extendable trailers and storage systems.
