Thermote & Vanhalst (TVH) has been awarded by Belgium's agricultural industry for its efforts to instil a healthy lifestyle in its workers.

The accessories and spare parts supplier received second place in the ‘All Day Long' Award from Belgian fruit and vegetable growers. The Award is part of an incentive scheme to get companies to encourage their workers to eat more fruit and veg.

TVH was awarded for its ‘Healthy Plate' company restaurant, which provides a well-balanced menu. The company also offers healthy eating cooking lessons, led by TVH chef Stefaan Tegethoff.

TVH was also recognised for its work in raising fitness levels amongst employees with its annual fitness test scheme.
