UK property group MJ Gleeson has completed the sale of its engineering division to US- based Black & Veatch for UK£ 36 million (€ 53,7 million). Gleeson said the cash proceeds of the sale amount to UK£ 21,5 million (€ 32,1 million), which will be used to further develop its core businesses of housing regeneration, commercial property development and strategic land trading.
