USM Restoration Services moves to larger facility

19 August 2013

USM Restoration Services, a division of US Markets, Inc., is moving into a larger facility in Gallatin, TN. The move stems from the company's growth in aerial work platform restoration.

The new 31,000-suare-foot facility, which includes a 700-square-foot paint booth, will allow the company greater efficiency in completing projects. The shop also is cable of refurbishing, annual inspections, cable/chain replacement, maintenance, repair work, refinishing and paint jobs.

“The opening of our new service facility is an important step toward fulfilling the needs of our customer base," said Chad Cochrane, general manager. "The increase in space will give us the opportunity to offer tailored restoration and service solutions according to the unique requirements of our customers."
“We have recently completed many large projects, and this new facility will give us greater capacity to take on an even larger number of extensive projects. The spray booth will also significantly increase our equipment painting capabilities,” said Jon Anderson, director of corporate repair services.
"The equipment rental industry understands the value of restoring equipment. It is less expensive than purchasing new while keeping customers happy with like-new equipment. It also increases technician efficiency, maximizes cash flow, reduces capital outlays and boosts rental margins," the company said.
