Construction Europe's league table of the region's 100 largest construction companies, the CE-100 is now available in the July-August edition of the magazine. This unique study not only provides rankings of the industry's big players, but also offers in-depth analysis of the changes in the industry over the last year.

In this video, Construction Europe's Editor, Chris Sleight talks through some of the most significant changes since last year's league table has been compiled.

The big story this year has been the moves up the table made by Spain's contractors. Ten out of 11 of the Spanish groups listed in the CE-100 improved their positions from last year, accounting for 20,1% of the group's total revenues. This share was only bettered by France's construction groups, with total revenues of € 84,4 billion, representing 21,9% of the € 384 billion total for the CE-100.
