HBC-radiomatic, which manufactures radio remote controls for cranes and other applications, has expanded its international service and sales network into Vietnam.

The family business from Crailsheim in Germany has recruited Saigon Engineering Control, in Ho-Chi-Minh City, Vietnam as its sales and service partner. Customers can benefit from a personal contact with customer service in their language, local service technicians and local technical customer support with permanent spare parts availability, the company said.

“We offer our customers a comprehensive and powerful network that has multiple benefits,” explained Karl-Heinz Günter, HBC key account manager, “For example, our service and sales partners provide assistance for all questions and problems in the local language. With the technical customer support in the area and the permanent availability of spare parts, downtime can be kept to a minimum.”

HBC-radiomatic is represented around the world with six subsidiaries and 35 service and sales partners.
