REIC buys All Rents

US-based holding company Rental Equipment Investment Corp (REIC) has acquired All Rents Tools & Equipment, based in Seaside, Oregon, US. The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.

With the acquisition of All Rents, REIC now has 27 locations in the north-west of the US

This brings the number of REIC’s locations up to 27, spread across seven states in the north-western quadrant of the US.

All Rents serves north-western Oregon and south-western Washington with a full line of general industrial and construction rental equipment.

Kevin Fitzgerald, CEO of REIC, said, “All Rents fits perfectly into REIC’s existing network of stores in Oregon and Washington.” He added, “We are looking forward to working with the All Rents team to expand their business.”

All Rents is led by Frank Orrell and his daughter Sarah Orrell-Poe, who have built the company into a market leader in its area.

Frank Orrell said, “All Rents has grown rapidly over the past several years and we are proud and thankful to all our employees, customers and vendors who have made our growth possible. Under REIC’s ownership we believe we will be able to expand further and give all our employees continued opportunities.”
