Michel Petitjean to address rental issues at CEWEF

Michel Petitjean, secretary general at the European Rental Association (ERA) will address this year's CEWEF on key issues for the rental industry.
Fitting in with the overall theme of innovation and opportunities, Mr Petitjean's will discuss issues such as total cost of ownership of equipment, how manufacturers and rental companies can co-operate on issues such as accidents and damage caused by end-users and software integration between manufacturers and rental companies.
He will also look at the specific requirements of the rental industry when it comes to construction equipment, and the arguments for in-house vs outsourced equipment maintenance.

CEWEF is organised by vehicle technology specialist Groeneveld Group and supported by KHL Group, the publisher of iC, as official media partner. It is also supported by the Committee for European Construction Equipment (CECE), the European-level trade association for the construction equipment industry.
The conference will feature speakers from major construction equipment manufacturers, end users in the construction sector, major buyers such as rental companies and other key stakeholders.
As well as looking at innovation in the construction equipment sector, and the opportunity for greater commercial advantage for equipment owners through new technology and asset management techniques, the conference will consider other opportunities in the wider industry.
