Hyundai has announced its all-new wheeled loader range in addition to its previously announced 9-series excavator range.

The new wheeled loaders on display at Bauma are the HL740-9, HL757-9, HL770-9 and the range-topping HL780-9, which weighs in at 30 tonnes and carries a 5.4 m3 bucket.

Like the 9-series excavators, the wheeled loaders have been built with precision, performance and profitability in mind. Features include load-sensing hydraulics, 'Eco', 'Standard' and 'Power' operating modes for the engine, and manual, auto-light, medium or heavy modes for the transmission. These allow the engine management system to match revs and torque to operating conditions.

According to Hyundai, the HL757-9, for example, offers fuel savings of 10% to 15% compared to the previous model. This can add up to € 500 over the course of a month's normal operation.

Inside the cab, a new dashboard and easy-to-read LCD display will help the operator, and the display is also linked to a rear-view camera. The steering column is fully adjustable, and there is a joystick option on larger models.

Marketing manager Michel de Weert said, "Hyundai wheeled loaders have already gained a strong reputation in the construction, quarrying and materials handling markets, just like the excavators - for productivity, reliability and value for money - and these new 9-Series wheeled models will take them to an even higher level of performance in the highly competitive sectors in which they operate.
