“We are thrilled to welcome the IRH personnel into the Omega Morgan family,” said Dick Ferchak, CEO Omega Morgan. “This will not only expand our geographic reach, but also combines two of the industry’s most experienced and skilled teams. We aim to build upon IRH’s strong brand and reputation while offering our shared customers a broader range of services and capabilities.”

Steve Knight, the founder and CEO of IRH, will remain with Omega Morgan, and said he is extremely invested in the future success of the company. Knight founded IRH 40 years ago and has been recognized twice with the Hauling Job of the Year Award from the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA).

The asset acquisition of IRH reinforces Omega Morgan’s commitment to growth and service excellence, the company said. It brings additional resources, equipment and capabilities, particularly in the electronics manufacturing sector in the Intermountain region.
